A comedic musical set in 1595, following two brothers, Nick and Nigel Bottom, who are struggling playwrights in Shakespearean England. Desperate to outdo the wildly successful William Shakespeare, Nick consults a soothsayer who predicts that musicals will be the future of theater. The brothers decide to write the first-ever musical, but their plan backfires as they encounter chaos, misunderstandings, and rivalry with Shakespeare. As the show progresses, the Bottoms navigate their relationship, the complexities of artistic success, and the joy of creativity. In the end, the brothers find their own path, and the musical becomes a hit, forever changing the theater world. RATED PG-13

Please arrive early. The theater is open one hour before showtime, and the house opens 30 minutes before showtime. Our shows are usually sold out with a waiting list, so if you have not checked in with the box office 15 minutes before the curtain opens, we may give your seat to someone on the waiting list. If tardiness is unavoidable, please call the box office at (706) 839-1315 so that we can ensure that your seat is reserved for you. If you find you are unable to use your ticket, please let us know in advance so that we can seat other patrons. Out of respect for the other patrons and the actors onstage, patrons arriving late (after the show has started) will be seated during the next scene change.
