HCT is located in the Historic Habersham Theater in downtown Clarkesville, just off the square. Our street address is 1370 N Washington Street, Clarkesville, GA 30523. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 846, Clarkesville, GA 30523.

When is the Box Office open?

Accepted Answer

The Box Office is staffed by volunteers who have regular daytime jobs, so it is closed between shows. However, you can email us at boxoffice@habershamcommunitytheater.com with any questions, or call us at (706) 839-1315 and leave a message. One of our volunteers will return your email or phone call as soon as possible.

What is HCT's ticket policy?

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be granted after the purchase of tickets (unless cancelled by Habersham Community Theater).

Please arrive early. The theater is open one hour before showtime, and the house opens 30 minutes
​before showtime. Our shows are usually sold out with a waiting list, so if you have not checked in with the box office 15 minutes before the curtain opens, we may give your seat to someone on the waiting list. If tardiness is unavoidable, please call the box office at (706) 839-1315 so that we can ensure that your seat is reserved for you. If you find you are unable to use your ticket, please let us know in advance so that we can seat other patrons. Out of respect for the other patrons and actors onstage, patrons arriving late (after the show has started) will be seated during the next scene change.

Everybody needs a ticket, including infants and toddlers, to enter Habersham Community Theater.

Can I reserve tickets over the phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Please leave a message at (706) 839-1315, and a volunteer will return your call and arrange for tickets for you. However, you may find purchasing them online to be more convenient.
